Reusable instructions that agents pick up whenever a matching task comes up.

Skills are reusable instructions for work your agents repeat. Open Agents, then Skills to create one or start from a template.

1. Give the skill a clear name and short description.
2. Write the steps, rules, and examples in Markdown.
3. Choose which agents should use it.

The description should say when the skill applies. The instructions should explain how to do the work and what a good result looks like.

Workspace members can view shared skills. The creator and workspace admins can edit or delete them. You can also attach a skill later from an agent’s settings.
