Tasks

Assign long-running work to agents and follow it live.

Tasks are ongoing conversations with agents. Open Home, then start a new conversation with the work you want done.

While an agent works, the task shows its live messages, actions, and result. Reply in the same conversation to add context or change direction.

Home groups tasks into:

• Needs Action when a person needs to respond
• Active while work is running
• Completed when the work is finished

Share a task with a channel, DM, or teammate when others need to follow the work. You can also set assignees, due dates, and subtasks from the task card.
