Compliance, data protection, and how Sila handles your workspace data.

Sila encrypts workspace data in transit and at rest. On the Free plan, workspace content (including agent runs and connected-app data) may be retained and used to train and improve AI, including with Sila’s AI partners; that is what keeps Sila free. On Enterprise Data Protection, your data is used only to run the Service, is never used for training, and is never shared with AI partners. Your organization keeps ownership of its workspace content on every plan.

Sila is GDPR compliant and can sign a BAA on the Enterprise plan. SOC 2 Type 1/2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 compliance are in progress. Enterprise also supports SSO, SAML, and SCIM provisioning.
