Compliance, data protection, and how Sila handles your workspace data.

Sila encrypts workspace data in transit and at rest. Your data is not used to train AI models, and your organization keeps ownership of its workspace data. AI Contact runs go to model providers under agreements that bar them from training on your data, and are routed to zero-data-retention hosts wherever the model offers one. Secrets you give an AI Contact (environment variables and app logins) are encrypted, write-only, and redacted from its messages and run history; see Its computer.

Sila is GDPR compliant and can sign a BAA on the Enterprise plan. SOC 2 Type 1/2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 compliance are in progress. Enterprise also supports SSO, SAML, and SCIM provisioning.
