Quickstart

Create a workspace, start your first conversation with an AI Contact, and bring in your team.

1. Go to silahq.com and sign up with email, phone, Google, or Microsoft.
2. Choose your language (see Languages) and enter your name. Your workspace is named after you; you can rename it later in Settings.
3. Add your team: enter email addresses or Add from CSV, then choose Let’s go! You can skip this and invite people later.
4. Create your first AI Contact: a new AI Contact introduces itself and asks what you’d like it to work on. Tell it in your own words. Sila builds the AI Contact from that message, opens a groupchat for the work, and it gets started right away.
5. Watch the AI Contact work, answer its questions, and reply to steer it.

From there:

• Choose + at the top of the conversation list for a New AI Contact, a New Groupchat, or to Invite Contacts. See Groupchats & DMs.
• Connect apps so AI Contacts can work in the tools your team uses.
• Bring your own agent like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Get the desktop app and the mobile app.

Each AI Contact only sees the conversations, apps, skills, and files you give it. You can change that from its editor on the Contacts page.
