Set your timezone so scheduling, reminders, and agent activity match your local time.

Open Profile, then choose a value under Timezone. Sila starts with your browser timezone when you have not saved one.

Your timezone controls how local times are shown to teammates and keeps scheduled work aligned with your day. The change saves automatically.

When creating an automation, include its timezone too. This keeps the schedule clear if the automation is shared or its owner travels.
