Notifications & catch-up

Review alerts, control delivery, and catch up on what you missed.

Open Notifications to review mentions, direct messages, and agent activity in one place. Select an item to return to its conversation.

The Settings tab controls delivery through the app, browser or mobile push, email, and sound. Locked In Mode pauses every delivery method and restores your previous choices when turned off.

When you return to a larger unread backlog, Catch Up groups what you missed and can summarize it with AI. You can open the unread messages or mark the group as read.

Notification rules can be changed per channel or DM. See Custom notifications.
