Notifications

Choose how Sila notifies you and control notifications per conversation.

Open Notifications in the left rail. The Customize page has three parts.

Notification Delivery

Turn each delivery method on or off:

• In-App Notifications
• Browser Notifications (also the system notifications of the desktop app, which bring its window to the front when clicked)
• Email Notifications
• Push Notifications (in the mobile app)
• Sounds: Notification Sound, Call Sound, Groupchat Click Sound, and Message Sending Sound

Groupchat Notifications

Set notifications for each groupchat or DM: mute it for a while or until you turn it back on, only get @mentions, or use a custom rule. See Custom notifications.

Custom Notifications

On Sila Pro and Sila Max, tell Sila which messages deserve a notification and it filters the rest. See Custom notifications.

Finding past notifications

To look back through your notifications, open Search and choose the Notis filter.
